<br />15. To gain access to the leased premises by means other than trav- <br />ersing adjacent Iands owned by Lessor; <br />16. That Lessor shall have first lien on all unplanted crops on the <br />premises to secure payment of rent, and that this lease shall constitute <br />a chattel m`srtgage or security agreement in faY-or of Lessor an all un- <br />planted crops oa the premises and on all crops planted, growing, standing, <br />or matured, whether they be in the fields, in cribs, bins, elevators, <br />stacks, or ang other place on the premises; <br />17. The Lessee agrees that the Lessor shall have the right to <br />disgnse of any or all surplus buildings now existing an said property <br />after giving 30 days notice in writing to Lessee; <br />18. Lessee agrees to make water available for watering stock from <br />any or ail existing wells shown on the property st Lessee's expense. <br />The Lessor agrees and covenants: <br />1.
