<br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />EAGLE SUBDIVISION <br />Hall Cou:~ty, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Carroll A~ P.ogers and Esther M. Regers, husband <br />and wife, each in his and her own right, hereinafter called the <br />Subdividers, and Larry L. Evers, a single person, as owners of a tract <br />of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SW~SE~) of Section Thirteen (i3}, Township Elever, {11) North, <br />Range Nine (4) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section <br />thirteen 113}, said point being one hundred fifty-nine <br />(154) feet East of the Southwest Corner of said Southeast <br />Quarter (SEA); thence northerly parallel to the West lino <br />of said Southeast Quarter {SEA) a distance of six hundred <br />sixty {6fi0) feet; thence westerly parallel to the South <br />line of said Section Thirteen (13} a distance of one hundred <br />thirty-cwo {132) feet; thence northerly parallel to the <br />West line of said Southeast Quarter tSE~) a distance of <br />five hundred fifty-eight and one-tenth {558.1} feet; thence <br />deflecting right 260 51= 10" and running northeasterly a <br />distance of one hundred ten and eight-five hundredths <br />(110.85) feet tc the North lire of said Southwest Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter {SW~SE~); thence easterly along <br />the ?forth line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter {SW~SE~) a distance of three hundred eighty and <br />forty-nine hundredths {380.49) feet t:, the Northwest Corner <br />of Eaglewood Acres Subdivision; thence southerly along the <br />westerly line of said Eaglewood Acres Subdivision a distance <br />cf one thousand three hundred eighteen and fourteen hundredths <br />(1,318.14} feet to the Southwest Corner of said Eaglewood <br />Acres Subdivision-; thence westerly along the southerly line <br />of Said Section Thirteen {13) a distance of three hundred <br />and eight--tenths (3x0.8) feet to the place of beginning, <br />and containing 11.000 acres, more or Less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br />land which is outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, ar=d hereby submit to the City Council of <br />such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of <br />such proposed subdivision, to be kt7own as Eagle Subdivision, designating <br />explicitly the land to be laid cut ~nd particularly describing the lots, <br />streets, and easements beiongirg to such subdivision, with lots desig- <br />nated by numbers, streets by names, and easements b}> dimensions, and <br />propose to cause the plat of such subdivision whe:Y finally approved by <br />the Regional Planning Cammissian and the City Council to be acknowledged <br />by ouch ownera, certifie3 as to accuracy of survey by a registered land <br />- 1 - <br />
