7~~- ~€3 <br />Regional Planning Commj,ssion and the City Council to be acknowledged <br />by such owners, certifj,ed as to accuracy of survey by a registered <br />land surveyor, and to Contain a dedication of streets to the use and <br />benefit of the public, and of easements to the use of public utilities. <br />In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said Fonner View <br />Second Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the <br />City of Grand Island, P~ebraska, that they will install or provide at <br />their expense the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to petition for the creation <br />of districts to pave Orange Road, Hall Street, and Hall Court within <br />said subdivision. In the alternative, the Subdividers may pave the <br />aforesaid streets in accordance with plans and specifications approved <br />by the Gity's director of public works and subject to the City's <br />inspection. <br />2. Water. The Subdividers agree to construct necessary water <br />mains to serve all lots within said subdivision in accordance with the <br />plans and spec ificatioxls approved by the City's director of public works <br />and subject to the City's inspection. Zn the alternative, the Subdividers <br />may petition for the creation of a water district. The Subdividers <br />agree to connect all structures within said subdivision to said water <br />main prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers agree to petition far the <br />-- great-ion of a sanitary sewer dzs-triet to serve all lots within a-aid. <br />subdivision. In the alternative, the Subdividers may construct said <br />sanitary sewer mains in accordance with plans and specifications approved <br />by the City's director of public works and subject to the City's <br />inspection. The Subdividers agree to connect all structures within <br />the said subdivision tp said sanitary sewer service prior to the <br />issuance of any occupancy permits. <br />4. Storm Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots <br />within-said subdivision i,n conjunction with the structures thereon so <br />that the storm water d~8ins to public right-of-way and in accordance <br />-with-plans and specifi~8tions approved by the Gity's director of <br />'public works. <br />- 2 - <br />
