?~--~ <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />FONNER VIEW SECOND SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband <br />and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of <br />land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(SE4NE~) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Eleven (11} North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point three hundred ninety (390) feet North <br />and twenty-seven (27) feet West of the Southeast corner of <br />said Northeast Quarter (NEB;), said point being the Northeast <br />corner o.f Lot Thirty-five (35), Former View Subdivision; <br />thence westerly parallel to the South line of said Northeast <br />Quarter (NBA), also being a northerly line of said FoE~ner <br />View Subdivision, a distance of seven hundred ninety-four <br />and sixty-three hundredths (794.63) feet to the Northwest <br />corner of Lot Forty-four (44), Former View Subdivision; <br />thence northerly along the easterly line of Orange Road <br />a distance of twenty-five and two-tenths (25.2) feet; thence <br />westerly along a northerly line of said Former View Sub- <br />division a distance of one hundred eighty-five (1$5) feet <br />to the Southeast corner of Lot Forty-nine (49), Former View <br />Subdivision; thence northerly along an easterly line of said <br />Former View Subdivision a distance of five hundred four <br />(504) feet to the Northeast corner of Lot Fifty-five (55) <br />Former View Subdivision; thence deflecting right 400 33' and <br />running easterly a distance of five hundred seventy-two and <br />twenty-five hundredths (572.25) feet; thence deflecting right <br />770 52` 10" and running southeasterly a distance of two -- <br />hundred eleven and eighty-seven hundredths (211.87) feet; thence <br />easterly along a Iine seven hundred fourteen (714) feat North <br />of and parallel to the South line of said Northeast Quartex <br />{NEB} a distance of three hundred sixty-five and seventy- <br />two hundredths (365.72) feet to a point twenty-seven (27) <br />feet West of the East line of said Northeast Quarter (NEB); <br />thence southerly parallel to the East line of said Northeast <br />Quarter (NF.~) a distance of three hundred twenty-four (324) <br />feet to the place of beginning, and containing 9.986 acres, <br />more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br />land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such Gity for <br />acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />subdivision to be knawn as Former View Second Subdivision, designating <br />explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, <br />,streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated <br />by numbers, streets by naives, and easements by dimensions, and propose <br />to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the <br /> <br />
