<br />1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to petition the City for the <br />creation of a paving district for purposes of paving Phoenix Court, Phoenix <br />Circle, and Phoenix Avenue within said subdivision. In the alternative, <br />the Subdividers may construct said streets in accordance with plans -- <br />and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works for the <br />City of Grand Island, and subject to the City's inspection. No occupancy <br />permits shall be issued for any structures in said subdivision until <br />such time as said paving has been completed. <br />2. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdividers agree to extend a sanitary <br />sewer service main to serve Lots 3 and 4 in said subdivision in <br />accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of <br />Public Works for the City of Grand Island. In the alternative, the <br />Subdividers may petition for the creation of a district to supply City <br />sanitary sewer service to Lots 3 and 4. The Subdividers further agree <br />that all structures within said subdivision shall connect to said <br />sanitary sewer service mains prior to the issuance of any occupancy <br />permits, and that any and all connection charges shall be paid prior <br />to connection. <br />3. Water. The Subdividers agree to construct any and all necessary <br />water service mains to serve all lots within said subdivision in accord- - <br />ance with plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of <br />Public ~dorks and subject to the City's inspection. The Subdividers <br />farther-agree chat na occupancy permit shall be issued until such time '_ <br />as said structure is connected to City water service. <br />4. Drainage, The Subdividers agree to grade all lots within said <br />subdivision in conjunction with the structures located thereon so that <br />storm water drains to public right-of-way, thence to public storm sewer <br />main, in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City's <br />Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. <br />5, Sidewalks, The Subdividers, if still the owners of the land in <br />the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdividers shall have transferred <br />tit-le to the property, then the various grantees thereof, will install, <br />at tFieir own expense, all public sidewalks required by the Grand Island <br />City.-Cede-when.the adjacent lot is built upon, and sidewalks shall be <br />regulated and required with the building permit for each such lot. <br />- 2 - <br />
