N!cShannon, husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising all of Lot Two (2), and part of Lot One (1), Seim Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Lot Two (2); thence northerly along the West line of said Lots Qne (1) and Two (2) a distance of seven hundred eighty-six and thirteen hundredths (786.13) feet; thence easterly parallel to the South line of said Lot One (1) a distance of three hundred twenty-two and fourteen hundredths (322.14) feet to the east line of said Lot One (1); thence southerly along the East line of said Lot One (1); thence southerly °lcng the east line cf said Lot One (1) a distance of nineteen and eight hundredths (19.08) feet; thence easterly along the North line of said Lot One (1) a distance of one hundred twenty-four (124) feet to the East line of said Lot One (I); thence southerly along the east line of said Lots One (1) and Two (2) a distance of seven hundred sixty- seven (767) feet to the Southeast Corner of said Lot Two (2); thence westerly along the southerly line of said Lot Two (2) a distance of four hundred forty-five and five-tenths (445.5) feet to the place of beginning, and containing 7.990 acres, more or less; desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known. as McShannon Subdivision, designating; explicitly ----- the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally appxoved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of streets to the use and benefit of the public, and of the easements to the use of public utilities. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said McShannon Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that 'they will install or provide at their expense the following improvements: - 1 - ~~3:` <;
