~~ ~~~ <br />suBDIUISION AGREEMENT <br />McSAANNON SLtBOIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Roger L. McShannon and Sharon K. N!cShannon, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a <br />tract of land comprising all of Lot Two (2), and part of Lot One (1), <br />Seim Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Lot Two (2); <br />thence northerly along the West line of said Lots Qne (1) <br />and Two (2) a distance of seven hundred eighty-six and <br />thirteen hundredths (786.13) feet; thence easterly parallel <br />to the South line of said Lot One (1) a distance of three <br />hundred twenty-two and fourteen hundredths (322.14) feet <br />to the east line of said Lot One (1); thence southerly <br />along the East line of said Lot One (1); thence southerly <br />°lcng the east line cf said Lot One (1) a distance of <br />nineteen and eight hundredths (19.08) feet; thence easterly <br />along the North line of said Lot One (1) a distance of one <br />hundred twenty-four (124) feet to the East line of said <br />Lot One (I); thence southerly along the east line of said <br />Lots One (1) and Two (2) a distance of seven hundred sixty- <br />seven (767) feet to the Southeast Corner of said Lot Two <br />(2); thence westerly along the southerly line of said Lot <br />Two (2) a distance of four hundred forty-five and five-tenths <br />(445.5) feet to the place of beginning, and containing 7.990 <br />acres, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br />land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for <br />acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />subdivision to be known. as McShannon Subdivision, designating; explicitly ----- <br />the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, streets, <br />and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by <br />numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and propose to <br />cause the plat of such subdivision when finally appxoved by the Regional <br />Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, <br />certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to <br />contain a dedication of streets to the use and benefit of the public, and <br />of the easements to the use of public utilities. In consideration of <br />the acceptance of the plat of said McShannon Subdivision, the Subdividers <br />hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that <br />'they will install or provide at their expense the following improvements: <br />- 1 - ~~3:` <br /><; <br />
