T~_°. ~~ <br />The undersigned does hereby make renunciation and disclaimer <br />of ail property except that which is excluded above under the <br />provisions of Nebraska Probate Code, Section 30-2352, and under <br />the provisions of Internal Revenue Gode, Section 251$ and 2045. <br />The undersigned hereby declares that she has accepted no <br />interest in said disclaimed property or any benefits therefrom, has <br />made no transfer Chereof, has accepted no delivery of such property, <br />has exerted no dominion of any kind over such property, and such <br />property as above renounced has been neither sold nor disposed of <br />otherwise pursuant to judicial process heretofore. <br />It is specifically understood and declared that the under- <br />signed hereby retains all right, title and interest given and <br />devised to hCr pursuant to the Last Wi11 and Testament of Emma <br />A. Krehmke with reference to that property described as follows: <br />A. The jewelry of the deceased as set forth at <br />Paragraph 3 of the Last Will and Testament of <br />Emma A. Krehmke. <br />B. The clothing, books, furniture,, articles of <br />personal adornment, articles of personal use, <br />and similar other household items, and other <br />'~ non-income producing personal 'prolerty as set <br />I'il'y'' forth at Paragraph 7 of the Last Will and <br />Testament of Emma A. Krehmke. <br />C.
