THOMPSON WHEREAS, Evelyn K. Thompson is an heir at law ss well as a devisee and legatee under the Last Will and Testament of Emma A. Krehmke; WHEREAS, pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Last Wi11 and Testament of Emma A. Krehmke, deceased, the said Evelyn K. Thompson received a bequest consisting of either a pair of diamond earrings or a diamond ring as she may select; WHEREAS, pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of Emma A. Krehmke, the said Evelyn K. Thompson received a bequest at Paragraph 7 of an interest in and to clothing, books, furniture, articles of personal adornment, articles of personal use, and similar other houshold items and other non-income producing personal property, along with other beneficiaries; WHEREAS, pursuant to Paragraph 8 of the Last Will and Testament of Emma A. Krehmke, the said Evelyn K. Thompson was devised a cne-half interest in and to the rest, residue and remainder of the estate of Emma A. Krehmke with William L. Krehmke to receive the other one-half interest; WtIEREAS, one of the assets within the rest, residue and remainder of the estate is that property described as follows: 'fha Southerly Half of. the Northerly Ono.-Third (Sid of N 1/3} of Lot One (1) and the, Easterly pne- Third (E 1/3) of Lot Two (2} in Block Forty-two (42) of tlic Oril;inal 'I`own, now City of Grand Island, Nebraaka, being a rectangular piece of ground having an Easterly frontage. of 22 feet on Pine Street, a depth of 8$ Feet and bounded on the North by a line parallel to Fourth Street, and distant Twenty-Two (22} Feet Southerly therefrom excepting thaC part thereof conveyed to Homer Bowen by Warranty Deed dated April 8, 1930, and recorded in Boole 71 at Fage 7$ oC the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska; NOW, 'fHERE.FORE, BE I'I' KNOWN BY THESE PRESENTS that the under- . signed, Eveiyn K. Thompson, hereby, and by these presents, does renounce all right, title, and interest she may have in and Go the entire estate of Emma A. Krehmke except for an_y interest she may have in and to the jewelry of Emma A.
