<br />A. As soon as reasonably passible Grantee shall
<br />construct a new residence on the real estate. Grantor shall
<br />install and connect the residence to sanitary sewer or
<br />septic tank a.~d leaching field and provide water service to
<br />the house, all at Grantor's expense.
