21. Future lcldvances. Upon request of Bormwer, Lender, at bender's option, prior to release of this <br />Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereall, shall <br />be secured lay this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby <br />except brat then interest rate on the entire unpaid balance and the term of the original loan„ to the extent <br />permitted by lay, may be adjusted as the parties hereto may agree.
