"Fiscal Year" or "Year' shall mean the i2-month accounting period of Sublessee. 7. "Lease" shall mean that Lease Agreement dated as of July 1, 1979, by and between Sublessor and the Authority whereby Sublessor has acquired possession and use of the Project for subleasing to Sublessor hereunder, 8. 'Project' shall mean the facility, including build- ing and related equipment to be used for the treatment, including training and rehabilitation, of mentally ill, re- tarded, and disabled persons to be leased to the Sublessor and subleased hereby to the Sublessee for operation and shall consist of the land described in Exhibit "A" hereto, the buildings and improvements on such land and all furniture, machinery, equipment, and other personal property provided for such facility pursuant to the terms of the Lease by the Authority and used in connection with such facility including all additions, replacements, and substitutions therefor but shall not include any tangible personal property of Sublessee used in connection with such facility. 9, "Resolution" shall mean the Bond Resolution duly passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Authority on July 24, 1979, pursuant to which the $340,000 of Bonds, Region III Facilities Corporation Issue, Series 1979„ of the Authority shall be issued. S0, "Sublease" shall mean this Sublease. 11. 'Trustee" shall mean the *_rustee appointed under the Resolution and its successors in interest as trustee under the Resolution. The initial Trustee is Commercial National Bank ~ Trust Company, Grand Island, Nebraska.
