or the revenues derived therefrom, or any part thereof, and if Sublessee shall have set aside on its books adequate reserves {segregated to the extent required by generally accepted account- ing principles) in connection therewith or shall have otherwise adequately made provision to meet the payment of such Imposition, All costs of any such contests shall be paid by Sublessee and Sublessee shall hold Sublessor, the Authority, and the Trustee harmless from any costs and expenses which any of them may incur related to any such contest. Section 5.4 Sublessee shall not nor shall it permit others under its control to do any work on the Project or related to any repair, rebuilding, alteration of or addition to the Pro- ject unless Sublessee shall have first procured and paid for all requisite municipal and other governmental permits and authoriza- tions. Sublessor agrees to join in any application for any such permit or authorization whenever required, but Sublessee shall indemnify and hold Sublessor and the Authority harmless against and from all costs and expenses which may be thereby incurred by Subi~€sc~r or the Authority, All such work shall he done in a gooc! and workmanlike manner and in :compliance with all applicable build- ing, zoning, and other laws, ordinances, governmental regulations, and requirements, and in accordance with the requirements, rules, artd regulations of all insurezs of the policies required to be carried under the provisions of this Sublease, the Lease, and the Resolution. Section 5.5 If any mechanics' liens shall be filed against the interest of Sublessee, Sublessor, or the Authority in the project or asserted against any of the revenues thereof by reason of work, labor, services, or materials supplied or claimed to have been supplied on or to the Project.
