~-~~31~~ <br />during the life of this Lease Agreement, and after the Bonds and <br />interest thereon have been paid in full, whether by way of damages, <br />rent or otherwise, shall be applied as follows: (a) the Authority <br />shall receive therefrom the amount of alt reasonable attozneys' <br />fees and costs and expenses incurred by Autharity in connection <br />a <br />F with such condemnation and any sum or sums of money then due and <br />caving by Lessee to Authority under the terms of this Agreement or <br />t by Region III under the terms of the Sublease, and the balance <br />~- <br />shall belong to and be paid to Lessee. <br />Section 11.12 If the period of condemnation of the use, <br />c <br />for a limited period, of all ~r part of the Project shall end <br />before the Bonds and interest thereon have been paid in full, <br />Lessee shall, upon being restored to possession, restore for cause <br />to be restored} the Project~as necessary to make it again an <br />efficient operating facility.
