<br />moneys necessary to complete all such repairs, rebuilding or re- <br />arranging or shall agree to accept and continue leasing the Project <br />hereunder after it has been repaired, rebuilt, and rearranged to <br />the extent permitted from the funds available for such purpose in <br />the h~.nds of the Trustee. <br />Section 11.7 Any surplus funds over and above the cost <br />of the repair or rebuilding of the Project or rearranging of the <br />Project facilities shall be transferred to the Debt Service Deserve <br />Fund as provided under the ^esolution. <br />Section 11.8 All awards received from the condemnation, <br />after the Honds and interest thereon have been paid in full, of <br />title to less than substantially alI of the Project shall be <br />applied by Lessee to the repairing or rebuilding of the Project to <br />an efficient operating facility and any balance then remaining shall <br />be applied in the same manner as provided in Section I1.3 hereof. <br />Section 11.9 If curing the life of this Lease agreement <br />the use, for a limited period, of all or part of the Project be <br />condemned by any authority having the power of eminent domain, <br />this Agreement shall not be thereby terminated and the obligations <br />of either party under this Lease Agreement shall not be reduced or <br />affected in any way, <br />Section ll.lo All awards received for the condemnation <br />_- =r'-g '---- ---° of tiffs lease Agreement, and before the n~,nus aizd <br />interest thereon have been paid in full, of the use, for a limited <br />period, of all or part of the Project, whether by way of damages, <br />rent or otherwise, shall when received, become the property of <br />Authority, and Lessee hereby assigns and transfers nand agrees to <br />cause to be assigned and transferred by P.egion III) to Authority <br />any and all awards granted in connection with such condemnation, <br />and, after deducting all attorneys' fees and costs incurred by <br />Authority in connection with such condemnation, such awards shall <br />be forthwith delivered and paid over to the Trustee foz applica- <br />tion by it in accordance with the provisions of the ??esolution. <br />Section ll.
