Decker and Jayne A. <br />Decker, husband and wife, as joint tenants, hereinafter <br />referred to as Buyers, and Rendal H. Robinson and Debra A. <br />Robinson, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as <br />Sellers. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That the Sellers have this date sold and the Buyers <br />nave th7.$ date pu~c.haSed the fe~iiviviiig described reai estate, <br />t0-Wlt: <br />Lot Five (5), Block "B",in Park Vie~~ <br />Subdivision, located in the Northeast <br />Quarter (NEB) of Section Twenty-nine <br />(29) .and the Northwest Quarter (Ntd~) <br />of Section Twenty-eight (28), all in <br />Township Eleven (11), North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />Seller warrants to the Buyer that Seller is the owner <br />of the subject property. <br />The following are the terms and conditions of the sale <br />and purchase of the above described real estate: <br />The total purchase price of said sale is Forty-eight <br />Thousand Dollars ($48,000), payable as follows: <br />Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000) down payment upon the <br />execution of this agreement, to include the Five <br />Ljundred Dollar ($500) earnest money previously <br />deposited with the Sellers by the Buyers; <br />The balance of Forty-two Thousand Dollars ($42,000) <br />to be paid at the rate of Four Hundred Forty-nine <br />and 19/00 Dollars ($449.19} per month, said monthly <br />payments to include interest at the rate of 10.b25 <br />percent per annum, and said payments to be made for <br />thirty-six (3b) months; the balance at the end of <br />said thirty-six (3b) month period to become due and <br />payable in a limp sum. <br />The monthly payments to be made to Century 21 Wolfe <br />& Associates the Ist day of each month beginning <br />July 1, 1979, and said Century 21 Wolfe Fx Associates <br />to make Sellers mortgage payments to Commercial <br />Federal Savings and Loan Association. <br />Buyers agree to assume the note and mortgage currently <br />i.n effect upon said property being held by Conmercial <br />Federal Savings and Loan Association, or in the alter- <br />- native, to apple for and ohtain a new loan at the end <br />of the thirty-six (36) month period above referred to. <br />
