79"~u (i ~ :! 21 <br />-2- <br />connecting line servicing Tract A. and burdening Tract B. First <br />Parties may go to Tract B. when reasonably necessary to repair <br />or replace such sewer connecting line. However, they will do so <br />at their own expense and will replace the surface disturbed by <br />them thereby on Tract B. to substantially the same condition <br />- prior to such repair or replacement of the sewer connecting line. <br />2. Second Parties shall have the continued right, for the <br />benefit of Tract B. to the continued use of the water connecting <br />line servicing Tract B. and burdening Tract A. Second Parties <br />may go on to Tract A. when reasonably necessary to repair or <br />replace such water connecting line. However, they will do so <br />at their own expense and will replace the surface disturbed <br />by them thereby on Tract A. to substantially the same condition <br />- prior to such repair or replacement of the water connecting line. <br />3. First Parties shall have the continuing right to the <br />exclusive use of the Northerly Half of the common garage referred <br />to above. Second Parties shall have the continuing right to the <br />i <br />exclusive use of the Southerly Half of said common garage referred <br />to above. Each of the parties shall have the use of the driveway <br />extending Easterly from such garage. Each of the parties agree <br />that they will be responsible and pay for one-half of the reason- <br />--- able cost of repairs and maintenance to such garage and such <br />driveway, provided, that the need for such repairs are not caused <br />solely by the acts of one of the parties. In such latter event <br />the parties causing the damage requiring repairs shall be solely <br />responsible therefor.. <br />4. Each of the parties shall respect the needs of the other <br />to free ingress and egress with respect to such garage use and <br />occupancy.
