<br />CROSS-EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 25.x1 _day of June, 1979 <br />between DANIEL L. JOURNEY and NANCY M. JOURNEY, First Parties, <br />and DEAN J. BRAZELTON and ANNA M. BRAZELTON, Second Parties. <br />First Partires are the owners of - <br />The Northerly SIxty-Eight Feet (N68') <br />of Lot One (1}, in Block Twelve (12), <br />4 in Gilbert's Second Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />hereinafter referred to as TRACT A. <br />Second Parties are the owners of - <br />The Southerly Sixty-Four Feet (S64') <br />of Lot One (1} in Block Twelve (12), <br />in Gilbert's Second Addition to the <br />Gity of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />hereinafter referred to as TRACT B, <br />The sanitary sewer main servicing Tracts A. and B. is located <br />in the alley abutting and South or Tract B. A sanitary sewer <br />connecting line from said main crosses Tract B. and enters upon <br />Tract A. for the benefit of Tract A. <br />The water main servicing Tracts A. and B. is located in <br />Fourteenth Street abutting the North side of Tract A. The water <br />connecting line from such main crosses Tract A. and enters upon <br />Tract 23, for the benefit of Tract B. Both of said connecting <br />lines are below the surface of the ground. <br />A common double garage and driveway for such garage is <br />located partially on Tract A. and partially on Tract B. A survey <br />has been made of the location of such garage and driveway and is <br />marked Exhibit A., attached hereto, and incorporated by reference. <br />The owners of Tract A. use the Northerly Half of such garage and <br />driveway. The owners of Tract B. use the Southerly Half of said <br />garage and said driveway. <br />The parties hereto are desirous of entering into a permanent <br />agreement pertaining to their mutual rights and obligations with <br />respect to such. sewer and water connecting lines and with respect <br />tti such Gammon: garage and driveway. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE,- AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES, as follows: <br />1. Firsk'Partes shall have-the continued right, for the <br />benefit of Tract- A. to the continued use of the .sanitary sewer <br />
