T9~- U~~651 <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />McGOVERN SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Veronica M. McGovern, hereinafter called the <br />Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of <br />5ectian One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) t,~est of <br />the 6th P. M., Hall County, Nebraska, comprising all of Lot Five (5), <br />Bosselman Subdivision, being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot Five <br />(5); thence running westerly 402.28 feet to the northwesterly <br />corner of said Lot Five (5); thence deflecting 90° 26' 35" <br />left and running southerly 150 feet to the southwesterly <br />corner of said Lot Five (5); thence defiec"ring $90 34' 26" <br />left and running easterly a distance of 268.32 feet to the <br />southeasterly corner of said Lot Five (5); thence running <br />northeasterly on a 260 foot radius curve to the right, said <br />curve having a chord of 141.62 feet and a deflection of <br />53° OS' 05" left from the last described course; thence <br />running northeasterly on the projection of the final tangent <br />of the last described course, said tangent deflecting <br />15° 48' 14" right from the chord of the last described <br />course a distance of 50.77 feet to a point of curve; thence <br />running northeasterly on a 200 foot radius curve to the left, <br />said curve having a chord of 9.38 feet and a deflecti~. of <br />1° 20' 37" left, to the point of beginning, said tract <br />containing 1.106 acres, more or less; <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract <br />of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of such <br />City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such <br />proposed subdivision to be known as McGovern Subdivision, designating <br />explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the <br />lots, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots <br />designated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, <br />and proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved <br />by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowl- <br />edged by such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered <br />land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of easements to use of public <br />utilities. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said <br />McGovern Subdivision, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with <br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that she will install or provide at <br />her expense the following improvements: <br />- 1 <br />~~~ ;~ ~, <br />...,,u <br />
