<br />7~-! U(1 ~ ~$J <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />LEPANT SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Joseph F. Lepant, Jr., and Phyliss L. Lepant, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a <br />tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the South- <br />east Quarter (NE~SE4) of Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P,M., in Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the east line of said Southeast <br />Quarter (SEA), said point being one thousand five hundred <br />fourteen and seven-tenths (1,514.7) feet North of the <br />Southeast Corner of said Section One (1); thence northerly <br />along the East line of said Section One (1) a distance of <br />one hundred seventy-four and seven-tenths (174.7) feet; thence <br />westerly parallel to the South line of said Section One (1), <br />a distance of two hundred sixty-four (264) feet; thence <br />southerly parallel to the East line of said Section One (1) <br />a distance of one hundred seventy-four and seven-tenths <br />(174.7) feet; thence easterly parallel to the South line of <br />said Section One (1) a distance of two hundred sixty-four <br />(264) feet to the place of beginning, and containing 1.i~59 <br />acres, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br />land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and hereby ssbnit to the City Council of such City <br />for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such pro- <br />posted subdivisior. to be known as Lepant Subdivision, designating expli- <br />citly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, <br />streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated <br />by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and propose <br />to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the <br />Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged <br />by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land <br />surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the streets to the benefit of <br />the public, and of the easements to the use of public utilities, In <br />consideratign of the acceptance of the plat of said Lepant Subdivision, <br />the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Tsland, <br />Nebraska, that they-will install or provide at their expense the follow- <br />ing improvements: <br />- 1 - <br /> <br />
