79"° ~`~ €~ ~'~ ~ CORRECTI JE SPECIAL FTARRAivTY DEED The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, the Grantor in a Special Warranty Deed dated December 20, 1978, as filed for record in the office of the FPgister of Deeds in the County of Hall, State of F~ebraska, on *iay 24, 1478; and recorded in Book 79, Page 3185 (79-003185) in such office, in order to correct a deficiency in the form of the Grantee as listed therein, and in consideration of the premises, and further consideration of One Dollar (SI.00) in hand paid, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto PLAZA sgLARE, a partnership, herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: Lots Five (51, Six {6}, Seven (7), and Eight (8), Block Sixty-seven (57), Original Town, now City of Grand Island, HaII County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the Premises.
