79"° ~`~ €~ ~'~ ~ CORRECTI JE <br />SPECIAL FTARRAivTY DEED <br />The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, the <br />Grantor in a Special Warranty Deed dated December 20, 1978, as filed for <br />record in the office of the FPgister of Deeds in the County of Hall, <br />State of F~ebraska, on *iay 24, 1478; and recorded in Book 79, Page 3185 <br />(79-003185) in such office, in order to correct a deficiency in the form <br />of the Grantee as listed therein, and in consideration of the premises, <br />and further consideration of One Dollar (SI.00) in hand paid, does hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br />PLAZA sgLARE, <br />a partnership, herein called the Grantee, the following described real <br />property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lots Five (51, Six {6}, Seven (7), and Eight (8), <br />Block Sixty-seven (57), Original Town, now City of <br />Grand Island, HaII County, Nebraska, <br />hereinafter referred to as the Premises. <br />T~ have and to hold the above described Premises unto the Grantee <br />and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever so long as the Premises <br />is used in conformity with the ~r}~an Renewal Plan and the Community <br />Development Plan of the City of Grand Island, !~ebraska, and so long as <br />all of the fnil.~*•.irg conditions are met: <br />1. Grantee shall develop the Premises herein eonveyed for commercial <br />and~nr retail use in accordance with Grantee's proposal to Durchase <br />said Premises, which proposal is on file with the Corn!iunity Development <br />Agency, together with the final plans for said redevelopment approved <br />by the Community Development Agency and the Chief Building Official of <br />t3;e City of Grand Island, "~ebrask.a. <br />2. Grantee s:~all begin Unnstruction of the improvements on the <br />Premises within six (6) Wanths fro;^ the ~~te of the original deed of <br />conveyance, and said Dons*_ruction s'-:all be completed witi;in one {I) year <br />from the date of said deed unless completion time is waived by the Director <br />of the Community Development Agency as a result of acts or conditions <br />beyond the control of the Grantee. The project shall be deemed completed <br />as of the date that the Director of Community Development Agency finally <br />examines the Premises and finds it to meet the requirements of the plans <br />and specifications proposed, submitted and approved for the commercial <br />and/or retail development pursuant to the Urban P,enewal Pian and the <br />Community Development Plari for the projat-t. - - .- - -- - - - - - - _ - <br />
