Geist and Barbara D. Geist, husband and wife, <br />hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land com- <br />prising a part of the East Haif of the Northwest Quarter (E~NW~;), and <br />part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW~;N[d3~), all <br />in Section Twenty-four {24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (IO) <br />West of the bth P. M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly des- <br />cribed as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the North line of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE}NWT), said point being <br />forty-three {43) feet West of the Northeast Corner of said <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE4NWi); thence <br />easterly along the North line of said Southeast Quarter of <br />the Northwest Quarter (SE3NW3) a distance of ten (ZO) feet; <br />thence southerly parallel to the East line of said Northwest <br />Quarter (NWT) a distance of three hundred twenty-six and <br />thirty-nine hundredths (326.39) feet; thence deflecting <br />right 16° 42' S0" and running southt•;esteriy a distance of <br />one hundred sixty-two and two-tenths (162.2) feet to a <br />point on the northwesterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway <br />No. 30; thence running southwesterly along said right-of-way <br />line a distance of one thousand six hundred fourteen and <br />twenty-two hundredths (1,614.22} feet; thence deflecting <br />right 90° DO' and running northwesterly a distance of six <br />hundred fifty-seven and fifty-three hundredths (657.53) feet; <br />thence deflecting right 29° 5$' 25" and running northerly a <br />distance of seven hundred sixteen and twenty-one hundred*_hs <br />(716.21) fee*_ to the South line of the North Haif of the <br />Northwest Quarter (N~NW~); thence easterly along the South <br />Line of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N~NW~;) a <br />distance of eight hundred five and five-tenths (805.5) feet; <br />thence northerly along a line one thousand three {1,003) feet <br />West of and parallel to the East line of said Northwest <br />Quarter (NWy) a distance of five hundred twenty-four and <br />nine-tenths (524.9) feet; thence easterly along a line eight <br />hundred ten {810} feet South of and parallel to the North <br />line of said Northwest Quarter (Nts~3) a distance of three <br />hundred sixty (360) fee*_; thence sou*_herly parallel to the <br />East lire of said Northwest Quarter (ATW~) a distance of sixty <br />(60) feet; thence easterly parallel to the North line of <br />said Northwest Quarter (*.'w~) a distance of six hundred (b00) <br />feet; thence southerly parallel to the East line of said <br />Northwest Quarter (NW%) a distance of four hundred sixty-five <br />and thirty-nine hundredths (465.39) feet to the place of <br />beginning, and containing 47.113 acres, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br />land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the City of <br />Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for <br />-z- <br />~""~" ' <br />
