<br />_2- <br />Tae Court further fine that the ad~.~nistrator filed <br />herein its inve:tory of the assets of this estate, together <br />with a copy thereof for the County Assessor of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and that according to said inventory said deceased <br />died seized and possessed of separately owned property, as <br />follows: <br />REAL ESTATE- <br />An undivided two-thirds interest in Lot Eighteen <br />(18), Block Twenty-Three (23), in College Addition <br />to West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska. <br />PERSOZdAI, PROPERTY: <br />As specifically described in said inventory. <br />The Court further finds that on the 4th day of March, <br />1970 an order of this Court was made barring any claims not <br />heretofore filed against this estate and finding that no <br />claims were filed against this estate, excepting that of <br />Evelyn M. Edwards, as assignee of the claim of Livingston- <br />Sondermann Funeral Home. The Court finds that the personal <br />property assets of this estate were either exempt to said <br />widow as tools of trade of said deceased or household fur- <br />nishings, or assignable to said widow in partial satisfaction <br />of her rights to widow's allowance and consideration for <br />advancement by her of payment of the funeral bill which had <br />been assigned to her.- That all such personal property assets <br />have been assigned to the said Evelyn M. Edwards as widow of <br />said deceased. That all expenses of administration and court <br />costs have been paid and any deficiency in the amount of <br />personal property assets arising from monies advanced by <br />Evelyn M. Edwards has been relinquished by her insofar as <br />the same might have been a lien against said real estate. <br />The Court finds that the undivided two-thirds interests <br />of said deceased in the above described real estate descended <br />one-fourth to Evelyn M. Edwards and the remaining th.*^ee- <br />fourths of said two-thirds interest descended in equal shares <br />to Betty Jean .Parker and Melvin Dean Edwards. <br />The Court finds that there is no Nebraska inheritance <br />tax, state estate tax or federal estate tax due or owing <br />herein. <br />The Court finds that copies of all published legal notices <br />have been sent to all interested parties during the administra- <br />tion of this estate as by law required, and that affidavits <br />pertaining thereto are on file herein; that certificates per- <br />taining to personal taxes have been filed herein by the County <br />Assessor and County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />IT IS, TdEREFORE, ORDERED, ADNJ.J~ED AND DECREED BY THE <br />COURT that the final report and petitior. for final settlement <br />=~. of First National Bank of Grand Island, administrator herein, <br />be-and the same is hereby approved and allowed; tYzat all claims, <br />expenses of administration, and court costs have been paid; <br />-that said deceased left him surviving as his sole and only <br />heirs-at-law, his widow, Evelyn M. Edwards, and two children, <br />Betty Jean Parker, daughter; and Melvin Dian Edwards, son; <br />,. that a].I personal property assets of this estate have been <br />transferred or assigned to Evelyn M. Edwards and her receipt <br />therefor is on fill herein; that the two-thirds interest of <br />`-said deceased in said-real estate descended as follows: One- <br />- fourth to Evelyn M. Edwards, and the remaining three-fourths <br />of "said two-thirds interest to Betty Jean Parker and Melvin <br />Dean Edwards., subject to the homestead rights of Evelyn M. <br />Edwards in said entire-premises; that there is no Nebraska <br />estate tax dote. or owi.rzg herein; and that all remaining probate <br />ass°',..°. of tY+~ s estate be and tha same are hereby transferred <br />
