COUNTY OF HALL ) At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of Hall in the State of Nebraska this 3rd day of April, 197, Present: Edward Dixon, County Judge. BE IT REMEMBERED, that First National Bank of Grand Island, Administrator herein, filed its final report as _ SUCK administrator, together with a petition praying that said report be allowed, for a decree of heirship, deter= urination of inheritance tax, order of final distribution and final settlement and discharge. For these purposes the 3rd day of April, 1970 at 10:00 o'clock a.m. in the County Court Room in said County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition and examining. and allowing said final report; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of -such hearing b~ given as by law required; and it appears by proof on file that notice was given as order- ed by the Court, and that no objections to said final report have been made or filed. Upon examination of the record and evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the premises, the Court finds as follows: That Garrald E. Edwards died, intestate, and a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska on September 22, 1969; that Evelyr. M. Edwards, widow, filed herein a petition asking for ad- ministration of this estate and appointment of First National Bank of Grand Island as administrator thereof; that an arder of this court was made assigning the 7th day of November, 1969 at 10:00 o'clock a,m, in the County Court Roam of said county as the time. and place for hearing said petition, and ordering that notice of the pendency of said hearing be given as by law required, and it appears by proof on file that notice of such order was so given. The Court finds that on the 7th day of November, 1969 proof of the facts set forth in said petition was made and First National Bark of Grand Island was appointed ad- ministrator of this estate and furnished bond as required and approved by this court. The Court finds that Garrald E. Edwards left him surviving as his sole and only heirs-at-law his widow, Evelyn M. Edwards, and two children, Betty Jean Parker, daughter; and Melvin Dean Edwards, son: That Evelyn M. Edwards-was not the mother of said children, =~= `~ _-_. The Court finds that on the 7th day of November, 1969 an arder of this Court was made allowing creditors until the - 3rd day of March, 1970 within which to file claims against this estate, allowing said administrator one year within which to settle this estate,-and further ordering that notice to creditors_be published as lay ]:aw required; that a hearing on claims filed against.said estate be held at the office of . -.the County Judge of Hall-County, Nebraska on the 4th day of March, I970 at 9:00 o'clock a.m., and it appears by proof on file that such notice was published as ordered by this Court.
