1 <br />1, Paving. The Subdividers agree to pave Hillside Drive, Spring- <br />.. <br />view Drive, Grassridge Drive, Sumner Drive, and Summer Circle, located <br />_ within said subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications <br />approved by the Hall County Director of Public Works. The Subdividers <br />further agree to waive the right to protest to any and all repaving <br />districts within said subdivision. <br />2, Water and Sewer. Water and sewer service are not available <br />to said subdivision. Therefore, the Subdividers are hereby authorized <br />to install private individual wells and septic systems for each structure <br />within said subdivision to comply with regulations at the time of con- <br />struction. The Subdividers further waive their right to protest the <br />creation of any sanitary sewer or water main district within said <br />subdivision. Should a public water or sanitary sewer system be installed <br />and made available to the individual lots within said subdivision, the <br />Subdividers agree to connect any structures adjacent to such system <br />within three construction seasons from the completion of the water main <br />or sanitary sewer system. <br />3. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to rirade the lots in the <br />subdivision in conjunction with the construction thereon so that the <br />store water drains to public right-of-way for detention in a storm Bell <br />located upon Lot lb of said subdivision, or for purposes of transmitting <br />said storm water flow to a natural water way in accordance with plans <br />-and specifications approved by the mall County Director of Public-bdozks: -` <br />4. Sidewalks. The Subdividers, if still the owners of the land <br />in the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdividers. shall have transferred <br />title to the property, then the various grantees thereof, will install, <br />at their own expense, all public sidewalks required by the Grand Island - <br />City Code when the adjacent lot is built upon, and sidewalks shall be <br />regulated and required with the building permit for each such lot. <br />5. Warranty. The undersigned owners, as Subdividers, warrant that <br />they are the owners. in fee simple of the land described and proposed to <br />be gown ~s Westroads Estates fourth Subdivision, and that an abstract <br />of`title-will be submitted for examination, if necessary upon request <br />of the Cify of Grand Is:lan3. <br />- 2 - <br />
