SUBDIVISION' AG?tEEMENT <br />kTESTROADS ESTATES FOURTH SUBDIVISION <br />Hall Count Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Joe E. Setlik and Dorothy 4t_. Setlik, husband <br />and wife; and Charence L. Shuda and Vernie K. Shuda, Husband and wife, <br />hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of Land com- <br />prising a part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (WzNE~;}, and <br />part of the Northwest Quarter (NFT~;), alI in Section Thirty-five (35), <br />ToFmship Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) 4Test of the 6th P.?4. , in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Westroads Estates <br />Third Subdivision; thence southerly along the West line <br />of said Festroads Estates Third Subdivision a distance <br />of six hundred sixty (660) feet to the Southwest corner <br />of said Westroads Estates Third Subdivision; thence <br />deflecting right 90° 16' 06" and running westerly a <br />distance of one thousand three hundred seventy-fiue and <br />forty-nine hundredths (1,375.49} feet; thence deflecting <br />right 90° 05' 34" and running northerly a distance of <br />six hundred sixty-two and two-tenths (662.2) feet; thence <br />deflecting right 89° 59' 20" and running easterly a distance <br />of one thousand three hundred seventy-one and three tenths <br />(1,371.3) feet, to the place of beginning, and containing <br />20.844 acres, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivisior. the above described tract of <br />land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the City of <br />Grand Island, and hereby submit to the City Council of sucH Gity fir <br />acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />subdivision to be known ac t7esr,-Dada. Estates Fourth Subdivision, desig- <br />nating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing <br />the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with <br />lots designated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, <br />and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved <br />by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be aeknowl- <br />edged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered <br />land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of streets to the use of <br />the public forever, and of the easements to public utilities. In con- <br />sideration of the acceptance of the plat of testroads Estates Fourth Sub- <br />division, the Subdividers Hereby coy-tsent and agree with the City of Grand <br />°Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the <br />fallowing improvements: <br />- 1 - <br />
