Eminent Ifomain: Lessors reserve and except aii rights to damages to <br />the premises and building accruing in case of exercise of eminent domain, which <br />damages shall be available for restoration as provided in Section 18 {d) above. <br />Lessees reserve and except sil rights to damages which result by reason of the <br />taking of fixtures and equipment which Lessee is entitled to remove, or cost <br />to Lessee of moving from the premises taken, and for damages for interruption <br />of Lessee's business. <br />(b) Zn case of exercise of eminent domain reducing the floor area of the <br />building by more than one-fifth or rendering the portion not taken permanently <br />untenantable for Lessee's uses either party may by notice to the other within <br />thirty (30) days thereafter terminate this Lease as of the date when Lessee is <br />required to vacate the portion taken9 and, Lessors may so terminate notwithstanding <br />Lessore' entire interest may have been divested.
