<br />and Ralph Maddox, Mortgagees, dated October 3, 1977, recorded on
<br />October 7, 1477, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 77-005860, to secure the payment of. the
<br />sun of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), with interest,
<br />payable in irstallr,!ents, upon the following described real estates
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A strip of land off the east side of the Southwest Quarter of
<br />the Northeast nuarter (SW~, NE ;) and Lot Two (2) on Island, in
<br />Section Thirteen (13), running south to north through said
<br />premises with parallel wides Twenty-Six and One Half (26'x) Rods
<br />wide, containing about Twenty-Three and Two Thirds (23 2/3)
<br />Acres, all in Section Thirteen (13), Township T'leven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, fi3ebraska,
<br />and
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter ¢NF4; NEB) of
<br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven ill) North, Range Ttine
<br />(4) West of the 6th-P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and upon receipt of payments of principal and interest, to release
<br />the Mortgage by proper instruments of release, either lay way of a
<br />partial release of riortgaae or a release of. mortgage, and to acknow-
<br />ledge, execute and deliver partial releases or releases of the
<br />mortgage for releasing the Mortgage, in part or in full, of record,
<br />giving and granting unto our attorney in fact full power and
<br />authority to do and perform all lawful acts requisite and necessary
<br />for satisfying and releasing the Atortgage described in this Power of
<br />Attorney, in part or in full, and we ratify and confirm a1.1. that our
<br />attorney in fact, or substitute or substitutes, shall do or cause to
<br />be done as our attorney in fact under this Power of Attorney To
<br />Satisfy and Release Mortgage.
<br />This Power of Attorney shall not be affected by the disability
<br />of any one of us as principal. We reserve the right to revoke this
<br />Power of Attorney in writing.
