<br />PARTZAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE <br />RALPH MADDOX, attorney in fact as shown on the attached <br />Power of Attorney to Satisfy and Release Mortgage filed of record <br />as Document No. 79-001209 on t•Sarch 6, 1973, in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of <br />gartial payment of the Purchase Money Real Estate Mortgage <br />described in this Partial Release of Mortgage, releases the <br />following described Raal estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Six t6) in Hidden Lakes Subdivision tdumber Four, <br />Hall County, tebraska, as surveyed, platted and <br />recorded, <br />from the Purchase Money Real Estate Mortgage given on a part of <br />the lots of the Subdivision and on other land described in the <br />Mortgage executed by iiAROLD GREEN, JR. and DECOKES A.
