Watex. The Subdividers agree to petitian the City for the <br />construction of several water mains in the subdivision to serve all lots <br />in the subdivision. In the alternative, the Subdividers agree to con- <br />s <br />struct the several water mains i*~ the subdivision to serve alI lots in <br />the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by <br />the City`s Director of Public ?Forks, and subject to the City's inspection. <br />Furthermore, the Subdividers agree to connect all structures in the sub- <br />divisian to the said city water mains. <br />3. Sanitar~• Sewer The Subdividers ~ 'on the Cit„ <br />agrG~ ~ pe~~`~ r <br />for the construction of sanitary sewer mains to serve all lots in the <br />C. <br />subdivision prior to requesting any occupancy permit for any structure <br />in said subdivision, and agree to connect such structures to the City's <br />sanitary sewer. Ir_ the alternative, the Subdividers may construct <br />sanitary sewer in accordance with plans and specifications approved by <br />the City's Director of Public ?dorks and subject to the City's inspection. <br />4. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade the lots of the <br />subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so that the storm <br />water drains to public right-of-way and thence to the City`s store sewer <br />system in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City's <br />Director of Public tiorks. The Subdividers acknowledge that no storm <br />drainage is available for the public right-of-way adjacent to said sub- <br />division laaown as Adams Street. <br />5. Flood Hazard. All residential struc*_ures shall have the lowest <br />floor elevation to a minirsum of one foot above the elevation of the nee <br />hundred year flood, as determined by the building permit received by the <br />Subdivider or successors from the Building Depaxtment of the City of <br />Grand Island under the previsions of Section 2-15Q6.06, R.R.S. 1443. <br />No basement shall be constructed in connection with any structure in <br />the subdivision located in the flood hazard area. <br />b, Sidewalks. The Subdividers, if still the owners of the land <br />in the proposed subdivision, or if the Subdividers shall have transferred <br />title to the property, then the various grantees thereof, will install <br />- 2 - <br />
