Curry, husband <br />and wife, and William Gomes, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as <br />owners of a tract of land comprising the South Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (S~SEyNW~SE~); <br />he North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (NZD?E~SW~;SE%); and the northerly one (1) acre of the <br />South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (S~NE4SW~SE~), excepting therefrom the westerly forty <br />(4tl) feet of the ahoye description, all ~.. T-,;entygvuc (21), <br />Township Eleven (1 l) North, Range Nine (°) ~dest of the 6th P.M_., in <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract containing 1Q.345 acres, <br />-more or less, desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above <br />described tract of lard which is located withir. the corporate limits of <br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council <br />of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat <br />of such proposed subdivision, to be known as Sunny Acres Subdivision, <br />designating explicitly the land to be laid out, and particularly des- <br />cribing the Lots, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, <br />with lots designated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by <br />dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when <br />finally approved by the Regional Planning Coctnission and the City Council <br />to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey <br />by a registered land surveyor, and to contair. a dedication of streets <br />to the use of the public forever, and of the easements to the use of <br />public utilities. In consideration of t'-ie acceptance of the plat of <br />Sunny Acres Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with <br />the City of Grand Island, *7ebraska, that they will install or provide <br />at their expexise the following improvements: <br />1. Pa inf. The Subdividers agree to petition the City for the <br />paving of Church Road, Hope Street, and Hedde Street in said subdivision, <br />prior to applying for any occupancy permits for any structures in the <br />subdivision; and the Subdividers waive the right to object to ary repaving <br />district on Adams Street where it abuts said subdivision.
