Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska Aiid-Continent Enterprises, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, herein- after called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a part of Lot One (1) of Fractional Section Seven (7) and a part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter {t4'~N[a~) of Section Eight (8), ail in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Aline {9) i7est of the 6th P.M., City of G-rard Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Fractional Section 7; said poini being one thousand or_e hundred sixty-nine and seventeen hundredths {i,169.i7) feet South of the Northwest corner of said Fractional Section 7, and also being the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 9, Con- tinental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; thence N 00° 00' 00" E. {assumed bearing) along the tdest line of said Fractional Section 7 a distance of two hundred seventy (270) feet; thence Ai 900 00' 00" E a distance of five hundred fifty-five and fifty-eight hundredths (555.58) feet to a point on the hest line of Rue De College and also being a point on a 570 foot radius curve; thence running southwesterly along the arc of a 570 foot radius curve to the right a distance of one hundred twenty-five and two-tenths (125.2) feet (chord distance of one hundred twenty-four and ninety-five hundredths {124.95)feet, chord bearing S 11° 00' S8" W, to a point of reverse curvature; thence running south- westerly along the arc of a 1009 foat radius curve to the left a distance of one :hundred fifty-one and thirty- nine hundredths {151.39) feet {chord distance of one hundred fifty-ore and twenty-four hundredths (151.24) feet, chord bearing S13o '30' 38°' i%~, to the northeast corner of said Lot 2, dock 9, Continental Gardens; thence S 90o OG' 00" W a distance of four hundred ninety- seven and sixty-five hundredths (497.65) feet to the point of beginning and containing 3.272 acres, more or less; desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by Iaw an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as Lot 3, Block 9, Continental Gardens, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particul- arly describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, streets by na?nes, and easements by dimensions, and proposes to cause the plat of such sub- division when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission ~~{y~~~~~~~
