Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />Aiid-Continent Enterprises, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, herein- <br />after called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising <br />a part of Lot One (1) of Fractional Section Seven (7) and a part of <br />the West Half of the Northwest Quarter {t4'~N[a~) of Section Eight (8), <br />ail in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Aline {9) i7est of the 6th P.M., <br />City of G-rard Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the west line of said Fractional <br />Section 7; said poini being one thousand or_e hundred <br />sixty-nine and seventeen hundredths {i,169.i7) feet South <br />of the Northwest corner of said Fractional Section 7, and <br />also being the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 9, Con- <br />tinental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska; thence N 00° 00' 00" E. {assumed bearing) along <br />the tdest line of said Fractional Section 7 a distance of <br />two hundred seventy (270) feet; thence Ai 900 00' 00" E <br />a distance of five hundred fifty-five and fifty-eight <br />hundredths (555.58) feet to a point on the hest line of <br />Rue De College and also being a point on a 570 foot radius <br />curve; thence running southwesterly along the arc of a <br />570 foot radius curve to the right a distance of one <br />hundred twenty-five and two-tenths (125.2) feet (chord <br />distance of one hundred twenty-four and ninety-five <br />hundredths {124.95)feet, chord bearing S 11° 00' S8" W, <br />to a point of reverse curvature; thence running south- <br />westerly along the arc of a 1009 foat radius curve to <br />the left a distance of one :hundred fifty-one and thirty- <br />nine hundredths {151.39) feet {chord distance of one <br />hundred fifty-ore and twenty-four hundredths (151.24) <br />feet, chord bearing S13o '30' 38°' i%~, to the northeast <br />corner of said Lot 2, dock 9, Continental Gardens; <br />thence S 90o OG' 00" W a distance of four hundred ninety- <br />seven and sixty-five hundredths (497.65) feet to the <br />point of beginning and containing 3.272 acres, more or <br />less; <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract <br />of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of such <br />City for acceptance as provided by Iaw an accurate map and plat of <br />such proposed subdivision to be known as Lot 3, Block 9, Continental <br />Gardens, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particul- <br />arly describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to such <br />subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, streets by na?nes, and <br />easements by dimensions, and proposes to cause the plat of such sub- <br />division when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission <br />~~{y~~~~~~~ <br />
