The Subdividers agree to petition for the construction of sanitary se~:ex to serve all lots in *_he Subdivision prior to requesting, any occupancy permit for any structure in said subdivision, and agree to connect such structures to the City's sanitary sewer. In the alternative, the Subdividers may construct a sanitary sewer in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of Public ~~~orks and subject to the City's inspection. 4. Drainage. '~"~:e Subdividers agree to grade all lots of the subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so that the storm water drains to public right-of-way. Furthermore, the Subdividers agree to construct the necessary storm sewer pipe to conduct storm water flow from EZIen Lane under ground along Tcaelth Street to the storm sewer main located in St. Paul Road. 5. Sidewalks. Warranty.
