~~'~_ <br />SUBDZVISI~JN AGR.EFI~'NT <br />H(?LfG~-~?CIRK SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, ;~~rren H. Houg'~kirk and Ellen E. Houghkirk, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a <br />tract of land comprising all of Lot Four (4}, Leverir_g Subdivision, <br />in the City of Grand Island, *dbraska, said tract containing 5.156 <br />acres, more or less, desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the <br />foregoing described tract of land which is located within the corporate <br />limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to <br />the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an <br />accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be knocan as <br />Houghkirk Subdivision, designating, explicitly the Land to be laid out <br />and particularly describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging, <br />to such subdivision, with lots designated by nu^~bers, streets by names, <br />and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the plat of such <br />subd?.vision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission <br />and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as <br />to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a <br />dedication of streets to the use of the public forever, and of the <br />easements to public utilities. In consideration of the acceptance of <br />t'ze plat of said uoughkir'.{ Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent <br />and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, ghat they will install <br />or provide at their expense the following improvements: <br />1. Davin The Subdividers agree to petition the City for the <br />paving of Ellen Lane in said subdivision prior to applying for any <br />occupancy permits for any structures in the subdivision. In the alter- <br />native, the Subdividers may construct~~7arren Lane in accordance with <br />plans and spec ificatiors approved by the City's Director of Public Works <br />and subject to the City's inspection. I'he Subdividers waive the right <br />to object to any paving district an Twelth Street where it abuts said <br />subdivision. <br />2_ Water. The Subdividers agree to petition the City for the <br />construction a~ necessary water main service for said subdivision.
