<br />The Grantor, for itself, its heirs, executors, administrators, <br />successors and assigns, ereby covenants that no buildings, *e^ces, 7r <br />structures shall be erected or permitted on said tract except in accord- <br />ance Frith plans st?hmitted to and approved by t'.Ze Director of Public <br />t3orks for the City of Grand Island, which plans shall provide for <br />secure enclosure of any part of the sanitary sewer main to prevent rup- <br />ture, or access to provide maintenance.
