<br />SANITARY SEGTER EASEMENT
<br />McCloud Super 8 Motels, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, herein
<br />called the Grantor, in consideration of ~1~,.0 ~~~~„~__
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
<br />edged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal ~orporatior., in Hal? County, Nebraska, herein called the
<br />Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to con-
<br />struct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove sanitary
<br />sewers, manholes, pipe lines, surface markers, and other appurtenances
<br />thereto, upon, over, in, and through a tract of land mare particularly
<br />described as foilotas :
<br />A permanent utility easement 16 feet, or 4,877 meters,
<br />in width, said easement lying 8 feet, or 2,435 meters,
<br />either side of a line described as beginning on the east
<br />line of Lot 25, Matthews Subdivision, said point lying
<br />31.87 feet, or 4.714 meters, south of the northeast corner
<br />of said Lot 25; thence running northwesterly on a line a
<br />distance of 40.-74 feet, or 12.418 meters, to a point on
<br />a line parallel to and 8 feet, or 2,438 meters, south of
<br />the north line of said Lot 25, said point lying 33.01 feet,
<br />or 10.061 meters, west of the east line of said Lot 25;
<br />thence running west on a line parallel to and 8 feet, or
<br />2.438 meters, south of the north Iine of said Lot 25 a
<br />distance of 351.28 feet, or 107.070 meters; thence running
<br />south~;esterly on a line a distance of 232,87 feet, or -
<br />70,988 meters, to a point lying 255 feet, or 77,724
<br />meters, east of the west line of said Lot 25 and 157,15
<br />feet, or 47.899 meters, southof the north line of said
<br />Lot 25; thence running south on a line parallel to and
<br />255 feet, or 77,724 meters, east of the west line of
<br />said Lot 25 a distance of iI1.18 feet, or 33.$83 meters,
<br />to the south line of said Lot 25, all as shown on the
<br />plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
<br />herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and
<br />egress under and across such land for the purpose of exercising the
<br />rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush,
<br />and other obstructions from the surface of such land. Any such utilities
<br />and appurtenances placed upon, over, and under such tract of land shall
<br />remain the property of the Grantee and may be rerioved or replaced at
<br />any time.
