I reside at 7245 Walker Avenue, Lincoln, in Lancaster County, State of Nebraska, It is my intention to renounce and disclaim a beneficial interest or power which I might otherwise possess due to the death of Beatty F. Douthit, who resided at 2515 W. Anna Street, Grand Island; in the County of Nall, in the State of Nebraska, at the time of his death. hiy relationship to the property in which the decedent had an interest for the purpose of this renunciation and disclaimer may be as an heir, devisee, person succeeding to a renounced interest, donee, beneficiary under a testamentary or nontestamentary disposition, donee of a power of appointment, grantee, surviving joint owner or surviving joint tenant, beneficiary of an insurance contract, person designated to take pursuant to a power of appointment exercised by a testamentary or nontestamentary instrument, or recipient of any benefit otherwise under a testamentary or nontestamentary instrument, and I specifically believe such relationship to be, for the purpose of this renunciation and disclaimer, that of life t::nant of residue of property under the Last Will of Beatty F. RECITALS WHEREAS, I have consulted with legal counsel of my own choosing regarding the execution of this document; WHEP.EAS, to the extent such legal counsel represents any other person or entity in any manner which may give rise to a situation of dual representation or potential conflict of interest I hereby represent that I have been informed of such fact by such Iegal counsel, and specifically such legal counsel has made full disclosure of the fact that he represents Charles A. Douthit and Prieiila Joan Wallick, whose interest to tl'ie subject matter of this renunciation and disclaimer is generally described as remaindermen, and I have prevailed upon such legal counsel to represent me in this regard after such disclosure; 'v1HEREAS, at the time of the execution of this document there were no spaces left blank; WHEREAS, I acknowledge receipt of a copy of this document showing my signature, the signature of the witnesses, and acknowledgement of my signature and those of the witnesses; WHEREAS, I acknowledge that I am releasing something which might be of substantial value to me, but I do not expect to, nor have Z, received any consideration in money or otherwise for the execution of this document; WHEREAS, I acknowledge that the execution of this document may cause or create certain tax consequences the extent and nature of which depend upon an interpretation of complex state and federal laws, and I recognize the possibility that the intended tax consequence, if any, arising by virtue of the execution of this document may not be as I expect due to the complexity of the laws involved, but I assume this risk and intend this document to be effective nevertheless;
