On October 26, 2007, Mary Gwen Hollister, the designated successor Trustee of the Trust Agreement executed an Acceptance of Successor Trustee thereby accepting the trusteeship of said Trust; 4. Pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement the undersigned is currently serving as the sole Successor Trustee of said trust; 5. The undersigned as Successor Trustee of said Trust has all powers granted to trustees by the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code; 5. The Trust Agreement is irrevocable due to the death of the decedent, Kenneth J. Hollister on January 23, 2009; 7. The taxpayer identification number for the Kenneth J. Hollister Family Trust is 26-6786202; The name of each beneficiary and the relationship to the Settlor is as follows: Name Relations Mary Gwen Hollister Spouse Cynthia G. Hollister Daughter Mark A. Hollister San Beth E. Fullwiler Daughter Bryan Lienemann Grandson Erica Lienemann Granddaughter 9. The jurisdiction of the Trust Agreement is the State of Nebraska; and 10. As Successor Trustee of the Trust, the undersigned states that (a) except as stated hereinabove, there are presently and have been since the inception of the Trust no other trustees appointed to serve on behalf of the Trust and that Affiant is the sole Successor Trustee at this time, and (b) said Trust has not been revoked, amended or terminated and is in full force and effect.
