CERTIFICATION OF TRUST The undersigned, Mary Gwen Hollister, Successor Trustee of the Kenneth J. Hollister Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated January 29, 2003 pursuant to Section 30-38,103 of the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code, hereby certifies as follows: 1. Kenneth J. Hollister as Settlor created the Kenneth J. Hollister Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated January 29, 2003, (the "Trust Agreement") and until October 26, 2007 was serving as Trustee of said Trust; 2. Due to declining health and a desire not to continue with the responsibility for managing the assets subject to the Trust Agreement, Kenneth J.
