Lessee will, from time to time and as often as neces- sary, cut weeds along the fences, roads, edges of fields to the extent necessary to keep the general appearance of the premises in a satisfactory condition. In addition, if it is deemed necessary by Lessor, each party shall pay one-half of the expense of the control chemicals; and Lessee shall furnish labor and equipment for the purpose of spraying the same on the fields in a manner sufficient to eradicate broadleaf weeds, cockleburrs, morning glories, bindweed, Canadian thistles, and any other weeds suspectable to chemical spray. 6. Lessee shall provide all labor, machinery, and equipment and any and all other necessary expenditures incidental to farming the premises with good agrarian practices. Lessee shall not delegate his duties as Lessee to any other individual without the consent of Lessor but shall perform the necessary labor or oversee the performance of such labor. Lessee shall not sublet the premises or any part thereof without the prior written consent of Lessor. 7. The parties agree that Lessor or her agent may go upon the premises at reasonable times tv inspect the same or to make improvements thereon; and in case it is nat contemplated that a new Lease will be entered into, Lessor or her agent, may go upon the premises before the expiration of the Lease to prepare the premises in the Fall for future crops. 8. Lessee agrees to maintain in good repair at all times all fences on the premises. Cost for purchase of fencing material shall be paid by Lessor. 9. The parties agree that Lessor shall be responsible for maintaining any casualty insurance which Lessor deems necessary on the irrigation equipment on the premises. The parties further agree that they shall each provide for their own crop insurance in such amounts and with such insurance companies as they 3 -~~~
