2oo9oss3s 5. All payments due hereunder shall be paid directly to the Sellers at their residence or at such other place as the Sellers shall designate. 6. This Installment Contract of Sale cannot be alienated, pledged, encumbered, assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of the Sellers, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld, Any attempted alienation, assignment, pledge, or transfer of the Contract without such written consent shall be null and void, and any attempted assignment, pledge, transfer or alienation without the consent as above described, shall render the entire remaining unpaid balance due hereunder immediately due and payable at the option of the Seller. 7, In the event that the Buyers fail to make any payment due hereunder ar perform any of the terms of this agreement for a period of thirty (30) days after the same is to be paid or performed, the entire unpaid balance due hereunder, both principal and interest, shall become immediately due and payable at the option of the Sellers upon ten (10) days written notice from Sellers to Buyers. In the event such default in payment or performance is not correct within ten days after written notice of default, the Sellers shall be entitled to take such legal action as they may determine advisable. In addition to the dwelling house being sold hereunder and any attached other facilities and attached ftxtures, the fallowing described personal property is being included in the sale to the Buyers, and this Installment Contract of Sale shall act as a conveyance of said following property: Refrigerator Stove/Oven 9. The parties agree that time is of the essence of the Contract and for the faithful performance of the terms hereof, and that this Contract is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the parties, their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors and assigns.
