The Sellers, Dennis and Lorie Kraus are the owners of the property <br />described herein. <br />2. The Sellers have sold and agreed to convey and the Buyers have agreed to <br />purchase the dwelling, improvements, fixtures and personal property located on the <br />following described property: Vantine's Sub Division E'/z N %z LT 10, 1036 South <br />Sycamore Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. The purchase price for said dwelling house, attached. fixtures, and personal <br />property hereafter described is the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) payable as <br />follows: <br />A. The balance of $50,000 payable on a 10 year Amortization <br />Schedule with interest at the rate of Six and a half (6.5%) per annum, with monthly <br />payment in the total sum of $567.74, which amount includes principle and interest. The <br />first $567.74 monthly payment shall be made on the 5`n day of January, 2009, and an <br />identical pay~nent~made on said day of each month thereafter, for a total of 120 monthly <br />payments, with the entire unpaid baiarri;e dieing payable in full on the date that the 120tH <br />payment is due and payable. Attached hereto and made a part hereof is an Amortization <br />Schedule showing monthly payments, including principal and interest, and cumulative <br />balances due on both principal and interest. The Buyers shall be allowed to make <br />additional principal payments on any payment date, and are further granted, without <br />penalty, the option of paying the entire unpaid principal balance on any payment date, <br />provided all required payments have been made and all of the terms of the Contract fully <br />performed by the Buyers. <br />4. The Sellers shall pay all personal property tax and insurance to the date of <br />closing under this Contract, and Buyers shall pay all personal property taxes and <br />insurance that becomes due after the execution of this Contract. <br />
