200906511 A. The marriage between Plaintiff and Defendant should be and hereby is dissolved. This Decree of Dissolution is final 30 days after the decree is rendered or on the date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first, except for purposes of remarriage wherein this Decree shall not become final for a period of six 16) months after this date or on the date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first, B. Each party is awarded the property shown on Exhibit "1 " as being in their possession. C. The Plaintiff shall receive the real estate located at 303 West 10`h Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, and legally described as: Lot One, Block Sixteen, Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The Plaintiff shall assume the debt to Wells Fargo Mortgage which is secured by said real estate. The Plaintiff shall indemnify and hold the Defendant harmless for the liability of said debt. p. The Plaintiff shall receive the 2001 Chrysler Town & Country van subject to the indebtedness secured by the van owed to Archer Cooperative Credit Union. The Plaintiff shall indemnify and hold the Defendant harmless on the liability for said debt. E. The Defendant will assume the debt to Northwestern gas debt of 5766.00. The Plaintiff has previously paid said amount and shall therefore receive a judgment against the Defendant in the amount of 5766.00. F. Each party shall assume liability for any debts incurred in their own name since the date of the filing of the Complaint in this matter on August $, 2008, and shall indemnify and hold the other party harmless for said debt. G. Each party shall pay their own attorneys fees and court casts. H. Neither party shall receive alimony.
