The Plaintiff was present with his attorney, Denise D. Myers. The Defendant <br />was not present and not represented by an attorney . Testimony and evidence were <br />presented to the Court. The Court, being fully advised, finds as follows: <br />1. That the Plaintiff is now and has been for more than one year prior to the <br />commencement of this action a resident of the State of Nebraska. r- '-u• °, <br />2. That the Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter of this action. <br />3. That neither party is a member of the Armed Forces of the United States. <br />4. That more than sixty (60) days have elapsed since the completion of service <br />by publication upon the Defendant. <br />5. That the parties were married on March 2, 2001 in Kearney, Buffalo County, <br />Nebraska. There were no children born of the marriage and no children are expected <br />to be born of the marriage. <br />C. That no other action exists in this state or any other state for dissolution of <br />the marriage. <br />7.
