<br />The undersigned, LEON D. ROBY and JUDY A. ROBY, Husband and Wife, herein
<br />called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said tracts of land being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />First, to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the Southwest corner of Evers
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the Village of Alda, Nebraska; which is also the
<br />Northwest corner of Lot 1, Elrod Estates Subdivision, a Addition to the Village of
<br />Alda, Nebraska; thence South 89 °50'41" East along and upon the South line of
<br />Evers Subdivision, a distance of 160.0 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1,
<br />Elrod Estates Subdivision and the actual point of beginning; thence South
<br />00 °00'00" East along and upon the East line of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Elrod
<br />Estates Subdivision a distance of Five Hundred Forty -Seven (547.0) feet to the
<br />Southeast corner of said Lot 6; thence North 61'23'04" West a distance of 39.87
<br />feet; thence North 89 °50'41" West along and upon the South line of said Lot 6 a
