200501140 3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision and the Owners/Subdivider agree to extend, connect and provide sanitary sewer service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. The Owners /Subdivider agrees to abandon the existing public sewer main in the right- of-way of Wilmar Avenue that will be vacated for the development of Martin's Second Subdivision. No private sewer service connections will be allowed in Martin's Second Subdivision until the final development plans are approved by the City's Director ofPublic Works that will vacate the existing sewer main. The new sewer system will not be accepted into the City's public sewer system until the existing sewer system is appropriately abandoned and approved as such by the City's Public Works Department 4. Storm Drainage. The Owners/Subdivider agrees to grade all lots in the subdivision in conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public right -of -way or to other drainage systems. The drainage plan must be approved by the Director of Public Works. The City of Grand Island will grant a License Agreement to the Subdivider to enter upon City property for the purpose of modifying the City's detention cell in accordance with drainage plans as approved by the City's Director of Public Works. All costs associated with any modification of the City's detention cell shall be paid by the Owners/Subdivider. 5. Sidewalks. The Owners/Subdivider shall install all public sidewalks as required by the City of Grand Island when the lots are built upon, and such sidewalk shall be regulated and required with the building permit for each such lot.
