200501140 <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision and the <br />Owners/Subdivider agree to extend, connect and provide sanitary sewer service to all lots in the <br />subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, <br />and subject to the City's inspection. <br />The Owners /Subdivider agrees to abandon the existing public sewer main in the right- <br />of-way of Wilmar Avenue that will be vacated for the development of Martin's Second Subdivision. <br />No private sewer service connections will be allowed in Martin's Second Subdivision until the final <br />development plans are approved by the City's Director ofPublic Works that will vacate the existing <br />sewer main. The new sewer system will not be accepted into the City's public sewer system until the <br />existing sewer system is appropriately abandoned and approved as such by the City's Public Works <br />Department <br />4. Storm Drainage. The Owners/Subdivider agrees to grade all lots in the <br />subdivision in conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is <br />conveyed to a public right -of -way or to other drainage systems. The drainage plan must be approved <br />by the Director of Public Works. The City of Grand Island will grant a License Agreement to the <br />Subdivider to enter upon City property for the purpose of modifying the City's detention cell in <br />accordance with drainage plans as approved by the City's Director of Public Works. All costs <br />associated with any modification of the City's detention cell shall be paid by the Owners/Subdivider. <br />5. Sidewalks. The Owners/Subdivider shall install all public sidewalks as <br />required by the City of Grand Island when the lots are built upon, and such sidewalk shall be <br />regulated and required with the building permit for each such lot.
