<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:. That Ronald S. Depue, a
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and Trustee, upon a
<br />Deed of Trust made and entered into on or about August 6, 2007, by
<br />and between Priscilla Reyes fka Priscilla Ruiz, a single person,
<br />Trustor, and Bank of Marquette, Beneficiary, and Ronald S. Depue,
<br />Successor Trustee, which Deed of Trust was filed on August 10,
<br />2007, in the Register of Deeds office of Ha11 County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 200706834, herein called the Grantor, in consideration
<br />of Farty--three Thousand Thirty-two and 21/100 Dollars ($43,032.21)
<br />received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto Donald D. Mehring and Nice Homes, Inc., as tenants in
<br />common, herein called the Grantee, the following described real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot Fifteen (15), in
<br />Block Twenty-four (24), in University Place, an Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,, Nebraska, and.
<br />a tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Eight (8) in Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly descrribed as follows
<br />Beginning at a point on the North line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter of said Section 8, said point being 33.0 feet
<br />West of the Northeast corner of said SW1/4; thence
<br />Southerly parallel to the East line of said SW1/4 a
<br />distance of 30.0 Feet; thence Westerly parallel to the
<br />South line of said Block 24, University Place, a distance
<br />of 139.0 Feet; thence Northerly along and upon the East
<br />line of the alley, if extended, in Block 24, a distance
<br />of 30.0 Feet; thence Easterly along and upon the South
<br />line of said Block 24, a distance of 139.0 feet to the
<br />place of beginning.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br />and to the Grantee.
<br />Grantor does hereby covenant with Grantee as follows:
<br />1. That Priscilla Reyes, fka Priscilla Ruiz, Trustor, failed
<br />to pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due and
