200903866 <br />on Casey's redevelopment plan approved by the City of Grand Island, shall not be deemed to <br />obstruct the view of an advertising sign constructed in accordance with this Amendment. <br />7. Casey's agrees, for itself, its successors and assigns, that in addition to the <br />easement rights granted pursuant to the 'Grant of Easement, as amended hereby, TLC shall have <br />the right to install an underground telecommunications line extending from the advertising <br />structure within the Replacement Easement Area to the adjoining public right -of -way of <br />Broadwell Avenue or Eddy Street, for the purpose of connecting to telecommunications cable <br />within such right -of -way. TLC shall exercise care in the construction of its underground <br />telecommunications line to avoid existing utilities and service lines and shall hold Casey's <br />harmless from any damages, injuries or liability arising from TLC's excavation, installation, <br />removal or replacement of the line or the operation thereof. <br />8.
