<br />by and between Michael J. Nolan and Beverly E. Nolan, husband and wife, and G.
<br />Richard Brown and Kathleen A. Brown, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as
<br />"Grantors", and Robert K. McFarland and Kathleen L. McFarland, husband and wife, as
<br />joint tenants with right of survivorship, hereinafter referred to as "Grantees",

<br />WITNESSETH:

<br />WHEREAS, Grantors are the owners in fee simple to that real estate described as:

<br />Lot Four (4), Paradise Lake Estates Third Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Lot Three (3), Paradise Lake Estates Third Subdivision~n Hall County, Nebraska,

<br />WHEREAS, Grantees are the owners of that real estate located to the west of that real
<br />estate owned by the Grantors, legally described as:

<br />Lot Five (5), Paradise Lake Estates Third Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Grantees desire to obtain, and Grantors are willing to grant, a perpetual non-
<br />exclusive easement to the Grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns, for the purpose of
<br />establishing a private drive to afford access to the real estate owned by the Grantees, subject to
<br />the condition that all obligations herein required are performed by Grantees, their heirs,
<br />successors and assigns;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, it is
<br />agreed:

<br />1. Conveyance of Easement. For and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
<br />good and valuable consideration, the Grantors hereby grant and convey unto Grantees, their heirs,
<br />successors and assigns, a twenty (20) foot wide easement for ingress and egress over, through
<br />and upon:

<br />A Twenty (20.0) foot wide ingress/egress access easement situated in Paradise Lake Estates
<br />Third Subdivision and Paradise Lake Estates Fifth Subdivision, all being in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, the centerline of said Twenty (20.0) foot wide ingress/egress access easement being
<br />more particularly described as follows:

<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the southwest corner of Lot One
