<br />200901988 <br /> <br />element, if those acts do not impair the structural integrity or mechanical systems or lessen the <br />support of any portion of the condominium. Removal of partitions or creation or apertures under <br />this paragraph is not an alteration of boundaries. <br /> <br />4.4 Trash Containers and Collection. No garbage or trash shall be placed or kept on the <br />condominium except in the covered containers of a type, size and style which are approved by <br />the Association. The Association shall have the right to require all owners to place trash and <br />garbage in containers located in areas designated by the Association, and no incinerators shall be <br />kept or maintained on any of the condominium property. <br /> <br />4.5 Machinery and Equipment. No machinery or equipment of any kind shall be placed, <br />operated or maintained upon the condominium except such machinery or equipment as is usual <br />and customary in connection with the use, maintenance or construction of buildings, <br />improvements or structures which are within the permitted uses of such property, and except that <br />which Declarant or the Association may require for the operation and maintenance of the <br />common elements. <br /> <br />4.6 Diseases and Insects. No owner shall permit anything or condition to exist upon the <br />condominium, which would induce, breed or harbor infectious plant diseases or noxious insects. <br /> <br />4.7 Vehicles. Motor homes, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, trucks, campers, <br />or similar vehicles may be kept on the condominium in such places and upon such conditions as <br />may be imposed by the Rules and Regulations of the Association. No such structure, nor any <br />motor vehicles of any kind, shall be constructed, reconstructed or repaired, upon any portion of <br />the condominium. No automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, motorbikes, scooters or other similar <br />motor vehicles which are abandoned or inoperable shall be kept, placed or maintained on the <br />condominium. <br /> <br />4.8 ~. No signs (including "For Sale" or "For Rent" signs) shall be permitted on the <br />exterior of any unit or building or any other portion of the condominium without the written <br />approval of the Association. <br /> <br />4.9 Lawful Use. No immoral, improper, offensive, or unlawful use shall be made on any <br />part of the condominium. All valid laws, zoning ordinances, and regulations of all governmental <br />bodies having jurisdiction over the condominium shall be observed. Any violation of such laws, <br />zoning ordinances or regulations shall be a violation of this Declaration. <br /> <br />4.10 Nuisances and Offensive Activity. No nuisances shall be permitted to exist or <br />operate upon the condominium and no activity shall be conducted upon the condominium which <br />is offensive or detrimental to any portion of the condominium or any owner or occupants of the <br />condominium. No exterior speakers, horns, whistles, bells, or other sound devise except security <br />and emergency devices used exclusively for security or emergency purposes shall be located, <br />used or placed on the condominium unless otherwise allowed under the applicable Rules and <br />Regulations of the Association. <br /> <br />{0886166J} <br /> <br />- 8 - <br />
