<br />200901644 <br /> <br />(f) Duration and Effective Date of Easements. The easements created by <br />the Agreement shall be perpetual in duration and shall be effective upon the execution <br />of the Agreement. <br /> <br />(g) Grant of Easement Only. No Party is hereby conveying any land or <br />title thereto, but merely is granting the rights, privileges, deeds of trust or liens, the <br />foreclosure of which could terminate such casements. <br /> <br />(h) Priority of Easements. The easements granted by the Agreement shall <br />be superior in priority to any mortgages, security deeds, deeds of trust or liens, the <br />foreclosure of which could terminate such easements. <br /> <br />Section 11. Counterparts.
